Terms and Conditions

Our activities are suitable for age 11 plus for archery target, laser shooting and axe throwing experiences and our falconry is suitable for ages 8 plus.

Any child under the age of 16 attending an activity must be accompanied by an adult.

Our vouchers are valid for 12 months. All vouchers and payments received for activities are non-refundable.

The venue may be subject to change at any time from time of purchase.

All our events take place outdoors on uneven terrain on acres of beautiful grounds.
Please dress for the outdoors and unpredictable weather, as refunds cannot be given.

Belmont House – guests to enter the main entrance, follow the car parking sign to our woodland car park, which is located on the left-hand side before the main car park. Our team will meet you in the car park 15 min prior to the start time. We will start on time and any late comers will have to meet us near the avairies resulting in loss of experience time.

Willow Farm – guests are to follow the signs over the bridge and park in the car park on the right hand side, 15 min prior to the experience starting. Our team will come to meet them. We will start on time and any late comers will have to meet us in the woods resulting in loss of experience time.

If for any reason you are not able to attend your booked activity, you must cancel at least 48 hours before its start time.  We will do our very best to reschedule an alternative date. Please note we can only re-schedule a date twice and we do not offer refunds.

If you cancel a weekend booking, we cannot always guarantee another weekend booking.

We are unable to control the weather, we reserve the right to postpone experiences if the weather is deemed too poor for us to continue.  We do not offer refunds due to the weather, only offer another date.

Weekend availability is always limited due to popular demand, so if your weekend activity was cancelled we will do our very best to find another suitable date.

If you are travelling from afar and you are concerned about the weather, please contact us if you haven’t heard from us by 8 am.

Please let us know in advance of purchasing our gift vouchers and activities if you have any medical or mobility conditions we may need to be aware of to ensure we can tailor the experience to your requirements. Please note; if pregnant, please seek advice from your midwife before attending any of our activities.

Any promotions advertised with our gift vouchers will only be available for the allocated time or toy stock availability. No discounts or alternative options will be offered.
