Meet The Team

Joe is adventurous and enjoys the outdoors, he has climbed Mont Blanc, worked as a climbing instructor and spent three months working at Kanderstag for the International Scout Centre many moons ago.  These days on his days off, he is often caught eating the odd cheeky slice of cake or out mountain biking with his daughter.  Fun fact – Joe’s favourite car is a Jaguar F-Type!

Gemma spends most of her time running around after the kids and Joe!  Gemma also enjoys the outdoors, camping, hiking, walking the dogs and also used to be a climbing instructor before starting Joe’s Bows, even spending one of her summer’s working at Downe Scout Campsite in Kent too.  Fun fact – Gemma has a fashion degree and is partial to getting her sewing machine out, especially when Joe asks her to create bunting for events!

Ann has been in Scouting for over 35 years, working with young people in outdoor activities and now organises the training for new activity leaders.  Ann has often been found up a climbing wall or bridge swinging!  Fun fact – as a Cub Leader in the 1980’s Ann has washed the Elephants at London Zoo!
